Senior Analist Programmer

Research and development of IT working environments; Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Degree in a field related to Computer Science and high proficiency in it;
  • Ease of communication in English;
  • Experience and proficiency in programming, particularly imperative and object-based programming, using modern methodologies;
  • DB and SQL experience; C++ experience;
  • Interest in solving problems quickly and effectively;
  • Research skills. Since there will constantly be new goals to achieve, the most important thing will be strong motivation and interest, knowing how to figure things out and learning quickly, flexibility and multidisciplinarity, responsibility and a good reaction to working under pressure;
  • Good analytical and abstraction skills; Good relationship and communication skills; Strong time management and teamwork skills.

Preferable Factors

  • Object-based DB. experience; Web programming experience. Systems administration experience; Interface programming experience;
  • QT programming experience; Mobile platform programming experience; Hardware/software integration experience; Programming experience in various paradigms and languages; Scripting language experience; OSS experience; Agile programming experience;
  • Experience in leading and managing teams and projects;
  • Availability: In particular for starting work, availability for travel, availability for extra work/off-hours.
  • Languages: French/Spanish/Italian/German/Other;
  • Experience working in a team using collaborative tools (version control, issuetracker. etc)

Framework / Functions / Objectives

  • Responsible for the Development and Research units;
  • Using the principles of software engineering and the most modern methodologies, design and implement solutions according to internal / client development requests.
  • Software maintenance; Technical and final documentation; Software quality control;
  • Keeping abreast of developments in software tools, trends and methodologies.
  • Researching and prototyping solutions;
  • Managing and coordinating small/medium-sized projects effectively.

 

Conditions

 

  • Gross Reference Value: 18000EUR/year (to be combined with experience/responsibilities)
  • Even with less experience, answers to the junior position will be considered when framed in 1st Job/Professional Internship.
